I am prepared to

recommend assistance from Colonial Development Fund

towards cost of pipe line scheme and cost of asrodrome,

but before putting proposals before Committee I should

be glad if further details regarding latest estimated

cost of aerodrome, and nature and extent of assistance

desired from the Fund.
